CRASH PADS / BOULDERMATKY
Upper (Impact) part of crash pad is made of a robust fabric with nylon fibers (1000D) and waterproof PU coating.The lower part of the crash pads is made of 100% nylon fabric with very light, water and abrasion resistant and washable anti-slip coating, it is TPU technology (thermoplastic polyurethane coating). For safe and comfortable impacts, the most important quality and composition of the foams, so we use a combination of PE(polyethylene) foam with closed cells and PU(polyurethane) foam with a small open cells. All crash pads models are switched on with aluminum unbreakable buckles.
Vrchní (dopadová) strana obalu bouldermatky je vyrobena z robustní látky z nylonových vláken (1000D) s voděodolným PU zátěrem. Spodní část obalu bouldermatek je ze 100% nylonu opatřeného velmi lehkým, vodě a oděru odolným a omyvatelným protiskluzovým zátěrem, jedná se o technologii TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane coating). Pro bezpečné a komfortní dopady je nejvíce důležitá kvalita a složení vnitřních pěn bouldermatek, proto používáme osvědčenou kombinaci PE(Polyetylen) pěny s uzavřenými buňkami a PU(Polyuretan) pěny s vysokou hustotou malých otevřených buněk. Všechny modely bouldermatek se zapínají pomocí hliníkových nerozbitných spon.
